| 摘 要： | 反腐倡廉工作复杂艰巨而任重道远。党的十六大提出要加强教育，发扬民主，健全法制。强化监督，创新体制，把反腐败富于各项政策措施之中，从源头上预防和解决腐败问题。建立企业党员干部的廉政档案，是规范企业从政行为，评价党员干部勤政廉政业绩，促进党风好转的重要举措。

| Abstract: | It is complicated and arduous to combat corruption and advocate incorruptibility and there is along way to go.The 16th CPC National Congress proposed strengthening education,developing democracy,perfecting the legal institutions,enhancing supervision,innovating system,residing anti-corruption in every policies and measures,preventing and steeling corruption issues from roots.Establishing incorruptible archives of party members and cadres in enterprises is an important measure to standardize enterprise's policy behavior,evaluate the achievement of party members and cadres,and promote the party's work style. |
