An Analysis of Convergence on Talent Resources in Developed Countries

In the 21st century, competition in integrated national power, mainly including economic power, technical power, competitive power and the cohesion of the nation, is becoming increasingly fierce. The competition is, in the final analysis, the competition in quantity and quality of talent, even in the ability of talent resources development.
