新型导向立体传质塔板的流体力学性能

摘    要:对立体传质塔板的帽罩顶部分离板进行改造,开发出具有导向功能的导向立体传质塔板(CTST-8)。在直径600mm的实验塔上对CTST-8的塔板压降、雾沫夹带、漏液等流体力学性能进行了实验。由实验数据关联得到了干板压降、湿板压降和雾沫夹带的经验式。实验结果表明,CTST-8的干板压降为0.1~0.8kPa;湿板压降为0.4~1.1kPa;气相负荷上限的空塔动能因子最大可达3.4(m/s)(kg/m3)0.5,空塔动能因子低于2.2(m/s)(kg/m3)0.5时雾沫夹带量几乎为零;漏液限的板孔动能因子为4.3~6.2(m/s)(kg/m3)0.5。

Abstract:A new directional combined trapezoid spray tray (CTST-8) was set up on basis of combined trapezoid spray tray (CTST). Quadrate holes and a directional plate were added on separating plate of CTST, which combined with spray plate and trapezoid side plate to make up CTST-8. In a 600 mm diameter column, hydromechanics of CTST-8 including pressure drop, entrainment and weeping liquid was studied. Experiential equations on plate pressure drop and entrainment were obtained. Dry pressure drop was about 0.1-0.8 kPa, wet pressure drop was about 0.4-1.1 kPa and maximum of superficial kinetic energy factor based on vacant column(FT) was 3.4 (m/s)(kg/m3)0.5. There was almost no entrainment when FT<2.2 (m/s)(kg/m3)0.5. When the weeping quantity was at acceptable maximum, kinetic energy factor based on tray holes was within 4.3-6.2 (m/s)(kg/m3)0.5.
