摘    要:主要研究了悬铃木叶片中多糖的提取工艺,考察了提取温度、提取时间、料液比等因素对多糖提取的影响,最终确立最佳提取条件:提取时间为120min、提取温度为100℃、料液比1:15。

Abstract:The subject studied on the extraction process of polysaccharide from leaves of Platanus orientaiis in this paper. Effects of extraction temperature, extraction time and liquid: material ratio on the yield of potysaccharides were studied. The optimum conditions of extraction were obtained as follows: the extracting time is 120 min, the extracting temperature is 100 ℃, the rate of sotution to solid is 1 : 15.
