摘    要:在运用动力学仿真软件对武器自动机进行动力学分析时,需要加载火药气体压力.传统的方法是将实验结果或内弹道专用软件算得的膛压数据导入仿真软件中,这在实际操作中是很费事的.该文对内弹道的基本方程组进行了分析,提出了利用动力学仿真软件ADAMS求解器来求解内弹道问题的新方法,并对弹丸在火药气体力作用下的运动进行了动力学仿真,得到了火药气体压力曲线等弹道诸元.最后该文以ADAMS为开发平台,开发了内弹道计算模块,可以提供运用ADAMS对自动机进行动力学分析时所必需的载荷.

Abstract:The pressure of powder gases is needed when dynamic simulation is done on the weapon automatic mechanisms using dynamic simulation software.Traditionally this is done by importing pressure data into simulation software from experimental results or special computation software and this is troublesome in practice.In this paper the basic equations of interior ballistics are analyzed and a new method for resolving the interior ballistics problem is provided by using ADAMS/Solver.Dynamic simulation is done on the pill by the action of powder gas.The elements of ballistics such as the powder gas force curve are obtained.The interior ballistics computation module is developed based on ADAMS,thus the load of the powder gas force can be supplied.
