联网后海南电网与主网严重故障下的相互影响及解列措施研究

摘    要:对南方电网主网和海南电网严重故障情况下的相互影响进行了研究,结论为:主网严重故障可能造成海南电网频率升高、降低,甚至功角失稳;而海南电网的严重故障对主网则影响较小,一般不会导致主网功角失稳。建议在港城侧与福山侧分别配置综合解列装置,实现高、低频解列和失步解列功能。

Abstract:The interaction of Hainan Power Grid HPG and China Southern Power Grid CSG under severe faults after their interconnection is analyzed, and it is concluded that the severe faults occurred in CSG may cause frequency raise or depression of HPG, and even out-of-step while the severe faults in HPG has less influence on CSG, generally not enough to cause out-of-step of CSG. It is proposed to install seperation devices at Gangcheng and Fushan sides with the functions of high or low frequency or out-of-step tripping.
