三次B样条插补在足底矫形器加工平台的应用

摘    要:由工业PC机 运动控制卡组成的数控平台具有多轴联动功能,能够完成具有复杂曲面的足底矫形器的加工.为提高足底矫形器的加工质量,将三次B样条的方法引入加工过程.B样条方法能很好的表示自由曲线曲面的形状.通过反算控制顶点的方法,使构造的轮廓曲线能精确控制到模型每个数据点,还原曲线的原形.在教据点间进行插值,计算容易曲线光滑.为提高生产效率,在加工过程中采用连续插补的方式.多点加工一次完成减少了运行过程中电机的起停频率,不仅缩短运行时间而且能减小系统震荡.

Abstract:The NC (numerical control) platform based on Industrial Computer + Motion Control Card can achieve multi-spindle linkage and machine complex curved surface object. To raise the machining quality, the Cubic B-Spline interpolation method is applied in machining of the foot orthosis. B-Spline method is a good solution to represent free-form curve and surface.
