摘    要:目前,静电除尘器(ESP, Electrostatic precipitator)在现代工业企业环境保护中得到了广泛的应用,能达到很高的净化效率。但由于ESP属于复杂多变量过程控制系统,怎样实时监测运行参数,实现ESP稳定高效运行,已成为推广应用ESP及降低企业资源迫切解决的问题。本文在实验的基础上介绍采用CAN总线技术实现电除尘器监控系统的现场设备层的数据通讯,实现电除尘器运行参数的精确测量,同时为ESP的故障诊断提供可靠的数据支持。

Abstract:Combining the CAN bus technique and the engineering software technique, by designing the adapter of CAN bus and the remote mea- suring unit, the paper realizes the info exchange between the monitor software and CAN bus network, the numerical measurement and the remote transmission for the simulation capacity in the industrial spot, designs the monitor system of the electric dust catcher, each properties index reach the engineering requirement. The experiment shows that the excellent effect is achieved by the scheme, and which has certain value of engineering application and spread.
