小型汽轮机凝水系统的特性匹配与计算

摘    要:针对某小型汽轮发电机组的凝水系统,通过对汽轮机、凝汽器、抽气器、水位调节器以及电动凝水泵等部套的性能匹配计算及试验,确定了凝水系统最佳性能工况下的主要技术参数。研究结果表明,在汽轮机排汽压力、凝汽器冷却水量以及冷却水温等技术参数的合理配置下,凝水系统能够保证机组系统更稳定、高效地工作。

Abstract:Through some calculation on performance match and experiment respectively for the steam turbine, the condenser, the air extractor, the water level regulator and the dynamoelectric coagulate pump, the mainly technical parameters to match the performance for the coagulate water system of a small turbo-generator sets were confirmed. The results of this research showed that after reasonably configured some technical parameters such as the exhaust steam pressure of steam turbine, the flux and temperature of the cooling water, the coagulate water system could made turbo-generator sets work more steadily, efficiently and economically.
