| 摘 要： | 云天化三环分公司为提高浓缩装置生产能力,进行了磷酸浓缩E、D系列分段串联两段浓缩的生产试验。介绍试验过程和试生产运行情况,并对两段浓缩取得提高生产能力60%,有利于清除磷酸中的淤渣等技术优势进行了分析,也提出了试验中存在的问题与有待改进之处。

| Abstract: | For improving the production capacity of concentration unit in Three Circles Branch Company of Yuntianhua, the trial production of two-stage concentration by segmentation series is carried out with E, D plants. The test course and trial production are introduced, with the technical advantages such as improving production capacity of 60%, beneficial to clear the sludge in phosphoric acid etc. The existing problems and their improvement are also proposed.
