摘    要:针对线路发生单相永久性故障,保护在动作、重合过程中,两侧开关、电流互感器都要经历2次故障电流的冲击,提出一个解决方案,使线路在单相永久故障时只需单侧重合,就可以跳开两侧开关,减少了系统的冲击。

Abstract:Improvement has been made on solving problems of sigle-phase permanent faults,impacts caused by twice fault current,relay protection in the process of operation,current transformer and reclosure scheme.Based on the resolutions,the sigle-phase parmanent faults can be solved by one-side reclose to decrease system stability.
