新版“汽车召回条例”下汽车企业更应重视质量管理

伴随着丰田此次大规模召回事牛的发生,10月30日,经国务院常务会议通过的《缺陷汽车产品召回管理条例》(以下简称《条例》)公布,我国突破缺陷汽车召回立法层级低的限制,将部门规章上升为行政法规,以促进召回制度有效实施. 有的车企全球召回时中国不在范围,中国很多方面要求跟其他国家不一样,存在所谓的"中国规格".规格不一样,国产和进口的配套可能不一样,这些都是所谓的借口,这都需要政府部门加强监管.

Under New Version of "Ordinance for Automotive Recall" Automotive Enterprises must Pay More Attention to Quality Control

On Oct. 30, this year, passed by the conventional meeting of State Department of China, the ＂Ordinance for Automotive Recall of Defected Parts＂ was issued. This action will effectively improve and promote the idea and mode of management to products safety by automotive industries in China, at the same time, bring challenges to the consciousness and mechanism of how to establish management for products safety for our auto parts enterprises. The auto parts enterprises must again survey and optimize present development flow, quality control flow for defected products, as well as enhance idea of safety management.
