Study on Development of Oversea Undergraduate Express

Oversea Undergraduate Express is to cultivate high quality skill-oriented talents with international outlook, which has been implemented in 15 higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province. In order to explore the development way of Oversea Undergraduate Express, this pa-per analyzes its emerging background, current situation and achievements, thus concludes that it is helpful for higher vocational colleges to absorb advanced ideas of foreign education, to optimize specialty construction as well as curriculum design completely, and to highlight the school-run-ning characteristics. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward feasible suggestions on the development and perfection of Oversea Undergraduate Express.
