| 摘 要： | 没有规划而盲目扩大小城镇的规模，将会破坏环境、浪费资源，给其发展带来诸多的矛盾，为了解决此问题，在分析西顺河镇镇区现状问题的基础上，结合江苏省21世纪小城镇发展的要求，从以人为本的观点出发，提出科学的、具有可操作性的规划方案，以求达到镇区社会、经济和生态三大效益的统一，实现其建设与经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | If a town's scale is unrealistically expanded without a planning,its environment will be destroyed,and the resources will be wasted,causing other problems for its development.In order to solve these problems,a planning scheme is presented based on the present problems of Xishunhe town,proceeding from a human oriented point of view and combining the requirements of the 21 st century towns' progression in Jiangsu province.This scheme is aim at obtaining the unity of the effects society,economy and ecology and carrying out the sustainable development of construction and economy. |
