摘    要:对济钢第一炼铁厂6号高炉冷却壁破损原因进行分析,认为高炉操作制度不合理造成渣皮不稳定,冷却水质差等冷却系统运行不稳定等是影响冷却壁寿命的主要原因,为此,提出了优化高炉操作制度,加强炉体维护,改善高炉冷却水质,加强设备点检等多项措施,以保证高炉炉况的长期稳定顺行。

Abstract:The damage reasons of No.6 BF cooling stave at No.1 Ironmaking Plant of Jigang are analyzed. The unreasonable BF operating duty causes crust unstable, the bad quality of cooling water and the unstable cooling system are considered as the main reasons. Therefore, it is put forward that optimizing the BF operating duty, strengthening the furnace body maintenance, ameliorating the quality of cooling water and strengthening equipment point check and so on to ensure the furnace conditions of the BF stable smooth operation for long time.
