外圆磨床数控系统研究

摘    要:以外圆磨床的基本结构和基本动作为基础,根据工件轮廓形状,用一系列直线和圆弧描述成型砂轮的外形轮廓,实现了数控砂轮定型和砂轮修整的自动控制;利用端面量仪,实现了工件坐标原点的自动精确定位;采用径向量仪主动测量技术,实现了外圆磨加工的主动在线测量;通过对磨削加工工件计数,实现了砂轮自动修整,并对砂轮原点和工件坐标原点进行自动补偿.从而实现了从砂轮定型、工件坐标原点定位、磨削加工、砂轮修整、砂轮原点和工件坐标原点自动补偿的全自动加工控制过程.经过实际应用检测,利用本系统加工零件的外圆尺寸、外圆锥度、锥高、锥角、圆度符合用户需求,精度达到1μm.
