| 摘 要： | 在机床夹具设计中 ,不仅要追求其结构的合理性 ,更重要的是核算其加工精度的准确性。影响工件加工精度的因素很多 ,且种类繁杂。为保证夹具设计中的正确性需要进行误差的梳理 ,并建立相应的夹具精度计算原则。以工艺系统中各种误差的功能和误差属性为依据 ,对机床夹具设计中关于精度计算所涉及的计算原则及公式进行了分析 ,并得出了实用的误差不等式

| Abstract: | The requirement of the jig is not only for the rational structure but also for the machining precision. There are many factors to affect the machining precision. Based on the attributes and function of the various errors, the paper analyzes the calculation fundamental and formulas used in the jig design, gives the applied inequation. |
