摘    要:建立了原子荧光光度计法测定牛乳中砷含量的不确定度评定方法.采用微波消解法处理样品,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光度法进行测定,并建立模型,根据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》中对测量和评定不确定度的要求评估了其不确定度.结果表明:牛乳中总砷质量分数为0.0695mg/kg,在95%的置信概率下其扩展不确定度为0.0065mg/kg(k=2).因此,用此方法测得的牛乳中砷的质量分数准确、可靠.
