轴流透平多截面气动设计方法研究

摘    要:本文基于完全径向平衡方程,研究发展了一套多级轴流透平多截面气动设计方法和叶片造型方法.采用该方法对某型燃气轮机四级透平进行了气动设计,并对设计出的透平进行了三维定常流场计算,结果表明,三维计算结果与设计结果吻合较好.

Abstract:Based on the full radial-equilibrium equation,a multi-section aerodynamic design method and a 3D blading method for multi-stage axial-flow turbine were developed.The aerodynamic design for a four-stage axial-flow turbine was carried out by using the present methods and the 3D flow in the designed turbine was computed by using a 3D steady RANS solver.The results show that the aerodynamic design results agree well with the 3D computational results.
