中频感应炉节能研究

摘    要:对中频感应炉的加热原理和并联型电源逆变电路存在问题进行了探讨,并就此逆变电路存在问题进行了改进,同时,采取措施减少中频供电线路的损耗,实践表明:改进后的逆变电路能全功率输出以及启动能力提高,且节能效果显著。

Abstract:Heating principle of intermediate frequency induction furnace and some problems in shunt-wound power source spacer circuit were discussed.And some improvements were put in practice based on the problems in the spacer circuit.Furthermore,some measures were used to reduce energy waste in circuitry of intermediate frequency power supply .The results revealed that full power could be output and starting capability had been enhanced in the improved spacer circuit.Moreover,saving energy result was remarkable.
