| Abstract: | Because the size of thermal power construction market is steady declining, market shares of construction companies will drop dramatically resulting fiercer and crueler competitions. Project bidding presents new characteristics under such conditions. This paper analyzes major characters of current project bidding, and countermeasures that bidding companies should adopt. |
