厦门220kV嵩禾Ⅰ、Ⅱ回线路防雷水平综合评估及改造措施的应用

摘    要:针对厦门岛电力进岛第三通道220kV嵩禾Ⅰ、Ⅱ回线路雷害故障多的问题,利用精益化管理的方法,收集其所处的环境以及线路自身的防雷屏蔽等参数逐基建模,利用暂态分析程序、电磁暂态计算软件及电气几何模型进行分析和评估,找出该线路的防雷薄弱环节,有针对性地实施改造措施,提高了该线路的整体耐雷水平,达到了降低雷击故障率的实际效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the numerous lightning accidents on the third channel 220 kV Songhe Line Ⅰ、Ⅱ of Xiamen Island,the method of lean management is used,and parameters of its environment,its own lightning shielding,etc.are collected for modeling;analysis and assessment are made by use of alternative transient program(ATP),electro-magnetic transient program(EMTP) and electro geometric model(EGM),thereby identifying the weaknesses in lightning protection of the line,implementing reforming measures correspondingly,improving the overall lightning protection level of the line and reducing the rate of lightning accidents.
