基于线阵CCD的轴承外圆表面缺陷检测

摘    要:针对微小轴承人工检测效率低、漏检率高等问题,结合微小轴承表面缺陷计算机视觉检测系统控制的总体要求,利用线阵CCD开发了可实现微小轴承外圆表面在线自动检测系统及数据管理系统软件。该系统通过多次实验验证,可较好满足检测的实时性与准确性要求,达到了预先制定的功能,稳定性好,可以应用于生产实际。图5参10

Abstract:In view of the low efficiency and high inspect leakage rate to find the defect on micro bearing surface by manual method, an on-line automatic inspection system was developed by using linear CCD for inspecting the defect on micro bearing cylindrical surface. The system was based on the general requirement of computer vision inspection system for micro bearing defect. Several experiments were carried out to validate the effectiveness of the proposed system. The results show that it realizes the expected functions and has a high stability, real-time performance and accuracy. Thus the system can be used for actual production. [Ch,5 fig.10 ref.]
