摘    要:设计了一种利用余料脱离流道的结构,利用流道余料做出挂台,只用很少的塑料就可以省略侧向凹槽或球形拉杆,只需拉板动作,流道即可自动脱离,安全可靠,提高了工效。

Abstract:Lateral grooves or ball tie-rods are usually used for the separation of plastic works from flow channel when an injection mould with three-plate construction is opened. Manually operation or draw plate may be used for the pull off of flow channel. To simplify it, a boss formed from residual material in flow channels was designed in which the flow channel can fall off automatically with the action of draw plate. The mechanism is safe and reliable and can enhance the work efficiency.
