| 摘 要： | 为了使半导体激光器的电路级模拟更容易,本文建立了一个有光反馈的半导体激光器大信号SP CE模型,并对激光器的开启延时、张驰振荡和稳定时的光功率与光纤到激光器发光端面的距离及反射光功率大小间的关系进行了研究.

| Abstract: | To simplify the circuit simulation of semiconductor laser, a large-signal SPICE circuit model for semiconductor laser with optical feedback was proposed. Based on the model, the effects that the relaxation oscillation and steady optical power of the feedback optical power affected the distance between the emit facet and the tip of the fiber on the turn-on delay were studied. |
