天然气压缩机组配置优化设计

摘    要:针对增压及气举工程压缩机组配置传统设计方案中,独立设置互不兼容的两套压缩机组存在冗余的问题进行了研究,以寻求一种消除冗余、大幅降低动力设备开销的优化方案。围绕气田压缩机站工程设计中的核心问题--多(变)工况条件下压缩机组工况适应性的改进和优化,把国内外压缩机工程领域的相关研究成果成功地应用于气田压缩机设计选型中;提出了“并联小气缸原理”这一解决问题的新概念,为解决类似问题打下基础。具有多(变)工况兼容性的优化方案与传统方案相比,具有可节约开发成本、减少隐患、方便管理、提高效益的优点。

Abstract:In the traditional design proposals for configurations of the booster compressor units and air lift compressor units, the redundancy issues are inevitable in the two independent and incompatible compressor units. This paper conducted in depth researches to seek for an optimal proposal which could eliminate redundancy and greatly reduce costs on power units. Based on the improvement and optimization of the adaptivity to working condition of the compressor units under the multiple (variable) working condition, which is the core issue in the engineering design of the compressor station in gas fields, the paper successfully applies the relevant research findings of domestic and foreign compressor engineering fields to the design and selection of compressors used for gas fields. It puts forward a new concept, "theory on parallel small cylinders", which lays foundation for solving the similar problems. Compared with the traditional proposals, the optimal proposal with compatible and multiple (variable) working conditions are much more cost effective, safe and efficient. Moreover, it is capable of facilitating the management.
