MGD技术在3.5Mt/a重油催化裂化装置的应用

摘    要:3.5Mt/a重油催化裂化装置于2006年7月投用MGD技术。运行结果表明,投用MGD技术,可以改善产品分布,提高产品质量。3.5Mt/a重油催化裂化装置投用MGD技术后,可以实现汽油烯烃含量35.2%、辛烷值RON为90以上的水平;同时柴油和液化气收率显著提高,柴汽比增加。

Abstract:PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Company began to apply the MGD technology in its 3.5Mt/a residue fluid catalytic cracking(RFCC)unit in July 2006.Operation data show that MGD technology can improve product distribution and product quality.After the use of the MGD technology in the 3.5Mt/a RFCC unit,the olefin content of gasoline produced by the unit was reduced to 35.2% and the RON exceeded 90.At the same time,the yields of diesel oil and LPG increased significantly and the diesel/gasoline ratio also increased.
