基于博弈论的核电厂选址优化模型

摘    要:电厂厂址选择是电力工业基本建设的主要组成部分,综合评价各厂址是选厂工作的重要环节。在分析传统选址方案评价方法的基础上,结合经济性、安全性、环保性和社会性4项指标,提出运用博弈论对核电厂规划布局方案进行评价,并给出了核电厂选址博弈优化数学模型和算法,以实现最优规划。实例分析结果表明,该模型提高了电厂选址的定量化水平。
