摘    要:传统Z源电压源逆变器(Z-source voltage-type inverter,ZVSI)中,电容电压高于输入电压,逆变器开关管电流应力过大,升压能力受到了限制,为此提出了新型双Z源电压源逆变器(novel double Z-source voltage source inverter,NDZVSI)拓扑结构。分析了NDZVSI的各种工作状态,推导了各元件电压关系。NDZVSI中各功率开关管采用改进脉宽调制(improved pulse-width modulation,IPWM)方式进行调制,确定了逆变器功率开关管的电流应力。仿真及试验结果验证了NDZVSI拓扑的可行性,与传统ZVSI相比,NDZVSI能降低电容电压,减小逆变器开关管的电流应力,提高升压能力,适于大功率应用场合。
