| 摘 要： | 通过对刀盘设计缺陷、计量不准、操作不规范等影响涤纶短纤打包定量率因素的分析，找出了改进措施，如改造刀盘、调整切断机速度、优化计量控制仪参数、规范日常操作等，从而使涤纶短纤打包定量率由30％提升到98％。

| Abstract: | The factors that have effect on the packing fixed weight of polyester staple were analysed from the aspects such as the desigh defects of the cutterhead,the inaccuracy of the measurement and the not standard operation.The corresponding countermeasures were pointed out.By modification the cutterhead,adjusting the cutting machine speed and optimizing the measuring and controling instrument parameters,the packing fixed weight rate of the polyester staple was increased from 0.3 to 0.98.The product fixed weight requirement was basically realized. |
