摘    要:铣削振动埘薄壁零件的加工过程有很人的影响.进行了薄壁件动态特性分析工艺试验,在不同走刀顺序、小同切削参数下进行了振动位移动态信号分析,对试验结果进行了讨论;研究了几种切削参数对薄壁零件加工颤振的影响,通过对比,得到了系列有益的结论:为了保证薄壁零件加工过程的平稳和加工质量,应采用火径向切深、小轴向切深的切削方式、选择合适的每齿进给量和切削速度等,为进一步研究薄壁件切削加工动态特性、进行切削参数优选奠定了基础.

Abstract:Chatter has a great influence on the milling of thin-walled workpiece.The process tests analyzing the dynamic properties of thin-walled workpiece have been presented and the dynamic signals of chatter displacement have been analyzed.This paper discusses the test results and investigates the influence of cutting parameters on the chatter in high speed milling of thin-walled workpiece.The paper provides a series of favorable conclusions.The conclusions demonstrate that the cutting style of large radial depth ...
