| 摘 要： | 介绍了2氨基嘧啶的制备方法,并通过正交法研究了多种因素对总收率的影响,得到了较佳的工艺条件。实验结果表明,丙二酸二乙酯与胍物质量的比为1.1∶1,三氯氧磷与胍物质量的比为1.2∶1,锌粉与胍物质量的比0.23∶1,三次回流反应总时间为15h,总收率最高为76.2%。

| Abstract: | The preparation of 2-amino pyrimidine was introduced. Many sorts of the factors on yield were studied by orthogonal experiment, and obtained better craft conditions, the mole ratio of diethyl malonate to guanidine is 1.1∶1; phosphorus oxychloride to guanidine is 1.2∶1,the mole ratio of zinc powder to guanidine is 0.23∶1,the all refluxing time is 15 h,the over yield is 76.2%. |
