激光防护塑料材料的研制

摘    要:对激光吸收剂IR10 60、5 3 0、5 80的激光吸收进行了比较,并确定其在材料中的比例。以聚碳酸酯为基材,搀杂激光吸收剂IR10 60、5 3 0、5 80制备了防波长为5 3 0nm和10 60nm激光、眩光的激光防护材料,并对其光学密度、抗激光能量损伤、可见光透过率和物理性能进行了测试,分析了激光吸收剂IRl0 60、5 3 0、5 80在材料中所占比例对其力学性能的影响。结果表明激光吸收剂的加入能提高材料的抗冲击强度。且比例的多少对材料的力学性能没明显影响,所制得的激光防护材料完全可以满足防激光、眩光的要求。

Abstract:Laser and glare absorption of three kinds of dyes in 530nm and 1060nm wavelength were selected,which have effective protection from laser and glare.The proportions of these dyes in the material were determined.Protective material was made which has the three dyes as an additive.The material was placed on a UV-Vis-NIR Scanning Spectrophotometers and tested.The results showed that optical densities of material in 530nm and 1060nm wavelength could satisfy the claim of military,Transmission of visible light of the material was not high enough .We also tested impact resistance strength of the material .Affect of dyes'proportions in the material on mechanical strength was discussed and the conclusion that proportions of dyes have little effect on mechanical strength was attained.
