海水干湿交变环境下玄武岩纤维布耐久性能

摘    要:对2种不同树脂浸渍玄武岩纤维布的90个试件,分别在3.5倍浓度和5倍浓度的人工海水干湿交变环境下进行老化试验。结果表明:第1种玄武岩纤维布在3.5倍浓度海水中老化330d,拉伸强度和伸长率分别下降8.36%和28.74%,弹性模量提高了1.68%;在5倍浓度海水中老化330d,拉伸强度和伸长率分别下降12.77%和26.30%,弹性模量提高了3.24%;第2种玄武岩纤维布在3.5倍浓度海水中老化330d,拉伸强度和伸长率分别下降9.50%和18.44%,弹性模量提高0.43%,在5倍浓度海水中老化330d,拉伸强度、伸长率和弹性模量分别下降8.53%,20.88%,0.43%。结果表明:玄武岩纤维布具有较好的抗海水腐蚀性能。最后,与碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)、芳纶增强复合材料(AFRP),玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)等其他纤维片材进行了老化性能的对比,发现BFRP具有较好的抗老化性能。

Abstract:In order to investigate the law of properties' change for BFRP sheet under the condition of wet-dry cycling seawater,ageing tests were done for a total of 90 specimens impregnated by two different resins under the conditions of 3.5 times and 5 times concentration of artificial wet-dry cycling seawater.The results show that BFRP1 in 3.5 times concentration seawater for 330 d,the tensile strength and extensibility are respectively dropped by 8.36% and 28.74% ,and the Young's modulus is increased by 1.68% ;BFR...
