气相色谱仪单样标定方法研究

摘    要:为了实现色谱仪标定工作的简捷、准确和有效,阐述了色谱分析技术的绝对校正因子、相对校正因子等概念,以甲烷(C1)为基准物质,通过实验方法测定了乙烷(C2)、丙烷(C3)、异丁烷(iC4)等物质的相对校正因子参数值,线性拟合了甲烷的工作曲线刻度以及采用经验公式拟合了C2、C3和iC4相对甲烷的校正因子与体积分数之间的关系,通过两组实验结果比较,证明了多点单样标定方法适用于精度要求不高的色谱仪器,并说明了单点单样标定方法的运用过程。利用拟合得到的相对校正因子与体积分数之间的经验公式,编制了单点单样与多点单样标定方法计算软件。
