船用中速机油添加剂性能与Caterpillar1G2的关联初探

为了保证１２ＴＢＮ船用中速筒状活塞柴油机油（简称１２ＴＢＮ中速机油）通过Ｃａｔｅｒｐｉｌａｒ１Ｇ２试验，在实验室采用成焦板、氧化沉积趋势等进行模拟评定试验，以确定配方中添加剂性能与Ｃａｔｅｒｐｉｌａｒ１Ｇ２台架的相关性。得出的结论为：高温清净剂硫化烷基酚钙对解决一槽、磺酸盐对解决二槽、无灰分散剂对解决低温区的清净分散性具有较好的效果；而抗氧剂的选择和加入是通过Ｃａｔｅｒｐｉｌａｒ１Ｇ２试验的关键。

DISCUSSION ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ADDITIVE PROPERTIES OF MARINE ENGINE OIL WITH MEDIUM SPEED AND CATERPILLAR 1G 2

In order to make 12TBN marine diesel engine oil with medium speed and cylindrical piston type (it is called 12TBN engine oil with medium speed for short) pass the Caterpillar 1G 2 test,the simulation evaluation tests such as coke-forming plate and oxidation deposition trend at lab. were carried out,so as to determine the relativity between the additive properties and Caterpillar 1G 2. The result showed that solving the detergency and dispersibility of the first trough through high-temperature detergent sulfurized calcium alkyl phenate,solving the detergency and dispersibility of the second trough through sulphonate,solving the detergency and dispersibility of low-temperature area through ashless dispersant are effective,and selection and addition of oxidation inhibitor is the key to pass the Caterpillar 1G 2 test.
