改性中碱值烷基水杨酸钙的制备及性能研究

摘    要:介绍了一种相容性能改善的中碱值烷基水杨酸钙盐添加剂的制备方法。工业试验及性能评定结果表明:该合成工艺稳定可行,产品在胶体稳定性、相容性及分散性等方面均比原中碱值烷基水杨酸钙(T109)产品有较大提高,同时该产品与高碱值合成磺酸钙(T106)共存,无沉淀生成,从根本上解决了两类剂不能共同使用等实际问题。

Abstract:The preparation method of middle based calcium alkyl salicylate improved in compatibility wasdescribed. The results of industrial test and perfomances evaluation showed that this synthetic technique is stable, and tile products are better than original middle based calcium alkyl salicylate (T109) in colloid stability,compatibility and dispersibility. At the same time, this product coexisted with overbased synthetic calcium sulfonate (T106) without precipitate, solving essentially the problem that the two kinds of agents can' t be usedjointly.
