润滑油添加剂间相容性的考察

摘    要:探讨了内燃机油添加剂(金属清净剂、无灰分散剂、抗氧抗腐剂)之间的相互作用。重点探讨了两大类添加剂磺酸盐类清净剂(T106)与水杨酸盐类清净剂(改性T109)的相容性能,研究证实两大类清净剂混兑后无沉淀物生成;两类清净剂与丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂、ZDDP类抗氧抗腐剂之间也有良好的相容性,混兑后无沉淀物生成。上述实验结果为润滑油的调配、贮存和推广使用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The interaction among internal combustion engine oil additives such as metallic detergent,ashless dispersant,oxidation and corrosion inhibitor was discussed,with putting the stress on the compatibility of sulphonate detergent (T106) and salicylate detergent (T109).The research showed that no sediment appeared after mixing.They have good compatility with succinimide ashless dispersant and ZDDP type oxidation and corrosion inhibitor,also,without sediment after mixing.This test results provide the scientific basis for the blend,store and application.
