摘 要: | 运用现代设计分析方法,建立了一种活塞实体有限元模型.分析计算了一种新设计的直径100mm柴油机活塞的温度场以及综合变形与应力.计算结果表明:活塞综合变形不呈轴对称分布,裙部过大的径向变形是造成活塞拉缸的主要原因;综合应力峰值出现在销座内侧及冷却油腔处,是造成活塞常见破坏形式(销座及冷却油腔开裂)的主要原因.

Abstract: | Applying modern design and analysis method, a solid finite element model of piston is presented in this paper. Using this model, the temperature field, resultant stresses and deformation of the piston designed for a new diesel engine have been predicted. The results show that the resultant deformation is not axially symmetrical, too much diametrical deformation on piston contour part is the cause of pulling cylinder, the peak value of resultant stress inside the pin base and on the cooling oil hole is the reason of piston common destroying (the breaking of pin base and cooling oil hole). |
