摘    要:阐述了精密线性光电耦合器TIL300A基本特性,并采用TIL300A实现了SFP隔离配电器电路设计。文中对隔离转换电路的原理进行了分析,并给出了实际电路,表明该设计具有电路简单、调校方便、精度高(可达到0.2级)、线性度好、运行稳定可靠等特点。

Abstract:This paper introduces the basic feature of precision linear photoelectric coupler TIL300A, and realizes the design of the SFP insulating distributor circuit by using TIL300A, and also analyzes the principle followed by the circuit in the process of insulating and switching the analogue signals, and presents the practical circuit. This design is proved to have following characteristics: simplified circuits, convenient tune-up, high precision (amounts to 0.2degree), excellent linearity as well as the stable and reliable performance.
