摘    要:随着非线性负载在配电系统中的大量使用,低压配电网的三相不平衡、无功功率和谐波污染问题日益严重,有源电力滤波器以其优良的性能成为电力谐波抑制和无功补偿的重要手段。为克服传统有源滤波器相位延迟不能滤除基波无功分量等缺点,提出了一种基于同步旋转坐标变换的三相三线制并联有源电力滤波器的控制方法。该法简化了对指令电流的计算,基本上不受负荷变化和三相不对称影响,基波分量解算准确,无相位延迟,乘法运算少,无序分量计算,运算速度快;硬件上电容、电感参数小,开关频率低;另外,还可实现对功率因数的任意调节,从而实现了一种具有静止无功发生器功能的有源电力滤波器。仿真结果验证了其有很好的动静态谐波、无功补偿性能,具有良好的实用价值。

Abstract:A control method for three-phase three-wire shunt active power filter based on synchronously rotating coordinate conversion is proposed.The calculation of instruction current is simplified,it is revealed that the load change and non-symmetrical of three phase do not affect the calculation,meanwhile,the distortion of voltage and calculation of fundamental wave are accurate,without phase delay,division operation and sequence component calculation,and with little multiply operation,fast operation speed,low parameter of capacitor and inductor,and low switching frequency.In addition,an active power filter with static var generator function is achieved.The simulation results verify the good steady-state and dynamic compensation.
