水力旋流器试验工艺装置的结构设计

摘    要:水力旋流器作为一种新型高效脱油设备,在油井采出液的处理方面正处于试验研究与逐步推广应用阶段.为配合室内实验工作的开展,建立了室内实验工艺新装置.该实验工艺装置具有功能多、模块化、撬装式及数据自动采集等特点.现文重点介绍了实验工艺流程的设计过程,同时简要描述了该实验装置的应用.通过对油水分离用水力旋流器样机试验,验证了该实验工艺装置设计的合理性、实用性.

Abstract:Hydrocyclone being tested and developed as a new type of high efficient de oiling device is on the stage of being gradually extended and applied to produced fluid treatment in oilfield. In order to develop test work in the laboratory,we have constructed a new technological equipment which has many advantages,such as more functions,modular design,trundling modality,automatic data collecting,and so forth. The designing process of the experimental rig is introduced,and the application of this equipment is briefly described in this paper. By testing hydrocyclone prototype used in oil/water separation,the technological structure design is proved reasonable and practical.
