义马煤的热解及产物分布的研究

摘    要:利用DTA,TG与红外光谱对义马煤的热解行为进行研究.考察了升温速率,样品粒度以及催化剂等因素对义马煤热解的影响.结果表明:随着升温速率的提高,热滞现象明显,热解的总产气量也随之增多;粒度越小,热解速率越大;Fe2S3在热解过程中的催化作用较明显,可使煤的热解失重率提高7%;热解过程中有机质发生裂解、缩聚等反应,导致义马煤热解后所得固体残留物中羟基有较明显的增加,而脂肪基团、环烷烃基团含量明显减少.

Abstract:The pyrolysis behaviors of Yima coal were studied by means of DTA,TG and FTIR spectrum.The effects of heating rate and size of samples and catalyst on the coal pyrolysis were studied.Along with rising of heating rate,the phynomenent of caloric-set is prolonged obviously and the gas production is increased;The size of sample is smaller,heating rate is quicker;Fe2S3' s catalysis in the coal pyrolysis is obvious,moreover it can make the loss of weight ratio raise 7%.On the other hand,the results indicated that the hydroxide's content in residue getting from Yima coal's pyrolysis increase obviously,in the contrary,the content of hydrocarbon and cycloalkane decrease obviously,these appearance may be resulted from the organic substances cracking and condensation polymerization.
