摘    要:采用基于多元性能退化量的评估方法研究了光纤陀螺贮存可靠性.首先,采用协方差矩阵分析了量化多元性能退化量的相关性并利用联合概率密度函数表征产品失效概率密度,由此给出了基于多元性能退化量的产品可靠性评估的一般方法.接着,在对光纤陀螺进行特性分析的基础上选取零偏、零偏稳定性和标度因数作为性能退化参数,开展贮存试验并获取在一定...
