Reflections on Quality and Safety Management Model in Oil Enterprises

With China's entry into WTO and the gradual perfection of China's market economy system,together with the reorganization of China's oil and petrochemical enterprises and entry into stock markets,great changes have taken place in the business environment for China's oilfield enterprises.How to win in domestic and international market competition has set higher demands in QSE management to China's oilfield enterprises.In this paper,an explorative discussion is made on the issue of quality and safety management in China's oil enterprises.
