摘    要:针对某型带发电机组的出口列车,运用动力学分析软件建立了刚柔耦合车辆动力学仿真模型。并对柴油发电机处于工作状态,车辆在米轨上重载运行时,分析了不同的一系和二系悬挂系统的优选参数对车辆动力学性能的影响。在给定的悬挂参数范围内,结果表明内非线性临界速度随一系垂向刚度增大而增大;随二系垂向刚度增大而出现先增后减的趋势。不同速度下的横向平稳性受垂向阻尼影响较小,垂向平稳性随着二系垂向阻尼增大而降低并逐渐趋于稳定,二系垂向刚度对垂向平稳性影响较为复杂。

Analysis of the Effect of Suspension Parameters on the Dynamic Performance of an Export Train
Abstract:In order to research the export train with diesel engine generator, a train dynamic model coupled rigid and flexible is established by dynamic analysis software. When the heavy loaded train running on the railway and diesel engine working, the effects of varied of suspension parameters on the dynamic are analyzed. In the selected parameters range, the result has proved the nonlinear critical speed increases with the first order suspension vertical stiffness. The vertical stiffness obviously affects the curve passing property, the coefficient of the train derailment, the rate of load reduction and the lateral force of wheelset on track are all increase with the first order vertical stiffness. The lateral ride index changes little with the vertical damp variations. The vertical ride index falls while the vertical damp increasing, and tends to be stable at last. However the relativity between the second vertical stiffness and vertical ride index is so complex.
