有机改性填料在文化纸表面施胶中的应用

摘    要:介绍了一种采用甲壳素进行有机改性的填料部分替代玉米淀粉在文化纸表面施胶中的应用情况。实践表明:采用有机改性填料部分替代玉米淀粉后,胶液稳定性良好,胶液黏度稍有增加;在保证成纸实际灰分与试验前一致的情况下,成纸各主要物理指标与试验前相当。在有机改性填料替代比例为15%时,吨纸施胶成本节省17.1元。。

Abstract:This article introduces a kind of chitin modified organical filler that partially substitutes for corn starch in surface sizing of culture paper. Practice shows that: using organical modified filler partially substitute for corn starch, glue has good stability, glue' s viscosity increases slightly, in the case of ensuring paper ash, each main physical indicators are well-matched before and after experiment. When the organical modified filler' s substitution ratio reach to 15%, the cost of surface sizing is saved 17.1 Yuan per ton paper.
