| 摘 要： | 介绍了中国石化齐鲁分公司研究院研发的S Zorb再生烟气处理的LSH-03催化剂的工业应用情况。该催化剂适用于S Zorb再生烟气与Claus尾气混合直接引入尾气处理单元加氢反应器的工艺,低温具有良好的加氢和水解活性。实践表明:使用该催化剂的硫磺回收装置操作稳定、能耗低,净化尾气中SO2质量浓度远低于国家环保标准960 mg/m3。

| Abstract: | Industrial application of LSH-03 catalyst for dealing with S Zorb regenerated flue gas developed by Research Institute of Qilu Branch Company is described. The catalyst is suitable for the technique in which S Zorb regenerated flue gas mixed with the Claus tail gas is directly introduced into the tail gas treatment unit of hydrogenation reactor technology. The catalyst has good hydrogenation and hydrolysis activity at low temperature. Practice shows that the catalyst utilized in sulphur recovery unit has properties of stable operation and low energy consumption,with SO2 concentration in purified exhaust gas far below the national environmental standard of 960 mg/m^3. |
