摘    要:介绍了燃煤锅炉电站烟气脱硫工艺流程及旁路烟道的作用。分析了取消旁路烟道后对现有及新建脱硫装置的设计及运行的影响。提出了取消烟道旁路的主要优势及对原有脱硫装置稳定运行的技术难点。为使取消烟道旁路后的装置安全稳定运行,必须设计合理,严格控制吸收塔入口烟气温度并减少油污及粉尘。

Abstract:Process flow of flue gas desulphurization and gas duct bypass in the coal-fired boiler power plant are described. Influence of cancelling gas duct bypass on design and operation of existing and new desulphurization plants is analyzed and compared. Main advantages of cancelling gas duct bypass and technical difficulties of the original stable operation of desulfurization device are pesented. In order to make sure safe and steady operation of the plant in which bypass gas duct is cancelled, it must be properly designed to control flue gas temperature at the inlet of absorption tower and reduce greasy dirt and dust.
