硫铁矿制酸余热锅炉的设计特点

摘    要:针对硫铁矿制酸烟气的特性,分析了余热锅炉设计过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。某250 kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置余热系统改造后,利用余热锅炉产中压过热蒸汽发电,年发电量4×107kWh,年节约标煤量13 860 t,产生了较好的社会效益及经济效益。

Abstract:Problems existing in designs of heat recovery boiler are analyzed according to features of flue gas from pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant and some relevant solutions are proposed. Retrofit of 250 kt/a heat recovery system of pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant provided considerable social and economic benefits with 40 million kwh of generated energy and 13 860 t of standard coal savings per year by utilizing medium pressure superheated steam generated in heat recovery boiler.
